Application of a complex probiotic preparation based on B. subtilis and B. licheniformis in the technology of edible eggs' production

This paper highlights the study results on usage effectiveness of domestic complex probiotic preparation Immunoflor developed by PC KROS Farm LLC Dekalb White egg cross chickens in production edible eggs. The work was carried out conditions agricultural cooperative "Gornomariyskaya Poultry Farm" Republic Mari El. During experiment, it found that eggs from laying hens with highest weight and more close to ideal shape were obtained 1st 2nd experimental groups. Indicators weight, elastic shell strain, albumen index higher groups relative control. By end productive period, yolk than control 0.12 0.7%, respectively. An increase height indicator Haugh units noted It mass loss decreased when they stored for 14 days. Thus, increased their morphological indicators improved against background using a young poultry.
